Dans un premier temps, il sera question des nouvelles ragles rigissant la dlimitation de secteurs exclusifs et de l'impact de l'identification de ceux-ci & l'igard des corporations municipales. Par la suite, les nouvelles dispositions relatives a certaines activitis agricoles seront itudides de fagon a digager leur influence sur la riglementation municipale. By adopting An Act to amend the Act to Preserve Agricultural Land L.Q. 1989, chap. 7, the government has brought about substantial alterations to the Act to Preserve Agricultural Land. This study is centred on those aspects of the recent amendments which particularly affect municipal corporations. The question dealt with initially will be the new regulations relating to the demarcation of exclusive sectors and the impact that they will have on municipal corporations.
