PRESIDENT'S LETTER
Our transition to a new secretariat is progressing
smoothly. Jag Uppal of the National Center for State
Courts is helping greatly in this process. Additionally, our
newsletter is now under the auspices of Boston University
School of Law and has a managing editor, Faye G. Yoffa
Stone, and legal editor, Professor Julius B. Levine.
As the fall of the year approaches, our 1980 Annual Con-
ference grows nearer. It will be held in Naples, Florida,
from November 19-22, 1980. I urge that each member of
NCPJ attend. It is hoped that representation this year will
be larger than ever before. The Conference Chairmen,
Fred Podolski and Mel Peterson, have worked tirelessly to
present an interesting, informative seminar.
See you all in Naples in November.
