It wants to make sure that all new victim advocates (volunteers or paid staff) are properlytrained in victim services-with or without college educations, but always with national credentials. It wants to make sure that victim adv o- cates have opportunities to serve victims of crime and crises in the United States and around the world. That means expanding the borders of our minds to include diverse populations and diverse languages. And the Board wants to pursue the promise -full, accessible services, and fill rights -everywhere.
