U. S. MUNICIPAL ATTORNEYS VISIT THOSE IN OTHER COUNTRIES
Carl W. Forsythe, pictured on the left, city attorney of Oak Park, Mich., discusses municipal
legal problems with Z. R. Silbiger, corporation counsel of Tel-Aviv-Yafo, Israel, an associate
NIMLO member, seated in the center at his desk. Deputy Corporation Counsel Theodore Malbin,
on the right, participates in the discussion which took place during a recent visit of City Attorney
Forsythe to Israel. This is an example of how attorneys from the United States exchange infor-
mation with those of other countries of the world. NIMLO is sure that many more municipal attor-
neys are doing the some thing, and the Institute would appreciate hearing about these visits with
their colleagues in other lands. (See Corporation Counsel Silbiger's letter on page 1.)
