The Law & Housing Newsletter is published under the auspices of the
Case Western Reserve Law Student Services Association, a non-profit corpo-
ration incorporated in Ohio. Funding is made available by the Student
Bar Association.
The function of this newsletter is to be an informative source for
the most recent trends of court and legislative action in the area of
housing law in Ohio. There will be other articles which will examine
major developments concerning housing law in other states.
Comments, suggestions, and letters are invited to assist us in
providing the best possible source for legal research. We also solicit
your legal writings for publication. All correspondence and/or contri-
butions should be addressed to the Case Western Reserve Law Student Ser-
vice Association, Room A 09, CWRU, Cleveland, Ohio 44106. All monetary
contributions are tax-deductible.
