Founded in 1989, it is the nation's oldest stu- dent-run journal of public affairs. The LBJ Journal is dedicated to publishing professional quality work by the extended LBJ School community, promoting discourse on contemporary policy issues, and enhancing the reputation of the LBJ School of Public Affairs. President Lyndon B.
