Founded in 1989, it is the nation's oldest student- run journal of public affairs. The LBJ Journal is dedicated to pub- lishing professional quality work by the extended LBJ School com- munity, promoting discourse on contemporary policy issues, and enhancing the reputation of the LBJ School of Public Affairs. Presi- dent Lyndon B.
