  The Chief Justice said:
  I have the honor to announce, on behalf of the Court, that the Octo-
ber 2023 Term  of the Supreme  Court  of the United States is now
closed, and the October 2024 Term is now convened.

              CERTIORARI-SUMMARY DISPOSITIONS

  No. 23-1228. Mason Murphy,  Petitioner v. Michael Schmitt. On peti-
tion for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for
the Eighth Circuit. Petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment
vacated, and case remanded  to the United States Court of Appeals
for the Eighth Circuit for further consideration in light of Gonzalez v.
Trevino, 602 U. S.   (2024) (per curiam).
  No. 23-7293. Shawn  Thomas Borne, Petitioner v. United States. On
petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals
for the Tenth  Circuit. Motion of petitioner for leave to proceed
in forma pauperis  and petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judg-
ment  vacated, and case remanded to the United States Court of Ap-
peals for the Tenth Circuit for further consideration in light of United
States v. Rahimi, 602 U. S.  (2024).
  No. 23-7345. James Joseph Bryant, Petitioner v. United States. On
petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for
the Eleventh Circuit. Motion of petitioner for leave to proceed informa
pauperis and petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment vacated,
and case remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Elev-
enth Circuit for further consideration in light of Erlinger v. United
States, 602 U. S.  (2024).
  No. 23-7478. Dylan Gregory Kerstetter, Petitioner v. United States.
On petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals
for the Fifth Circuit. Motion of petitioner for leave to proceed informa
pauperis and petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment vacated,
and case remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth
Circuit for further consideration in light of Erlinger v. United States,
602 U. S.   (2024).
