RHODESIAN CHROME RESOLUTION Concerning the August 1972 Annual Meeting Resolution passed by the Section and by the Association's House of Delegates urging American cessation of importation of material from Rhodesia in accordance with United Nations obligations, and concerning a similar Resolution of support for the United Nations (also reported in TILN, October 1972) the following acknowledgment was made by Senator J. Fulbrlght Chairman COMMERCIAL TREATY INDEX NOW AVAI LADLE The Section's Committee on Commercial Treaties, follow- ing more than a year's study and preoaration, has released a new loose-leaf material to simplify and provide aid in location of heretofore somewhat submerged bilateral com- mercial treaty rights and remedies. This initial phase of the Commercial Treaty Index covers the present six member and new entrant Common Market nations' bilateral commercial treaties with the United States. The ten treaties presently indexed are those with Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherland, Norway, and the United King- dom. Later loose-leaf supplements of indexes of commercial treaties with the Oriental, Latin American, and other groups of trading nations will in the future be added to the index at a moderate price, and existing indexing will be periodically updated where warranted at actual, nominal cost. The price of CTI is $7.00. EUROPEAN BANKRUPTCY LAWS STUDY The Section's European Law Committee (I. Arnold Ross, Chairman) is undertaking this year a study of the insolven- cy or bankruptcy laws of various Eruopean countries as they affect foreign firms doing business as a debtor or creditor. The following Committee members have agreed to submit papers on the pertinent laws of the countries shown: Howard 'I. Bachrach (Belgium), Armand Gregoire (France), Peter Hendenberger (Germany), Gerald P. Lepp (Great Britain), Ricardo Gori-Montanell and David B. Botwinik (Italy), Richard D.
