The Harvard Human Rights Journal is published by Harvard Law School students. The
views expressed in the Journal are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the
views of the editorial board.
Submissions: The Journal welcomes submissions of original scholarly works analyzing
contemporary international or domestic human rights issues through the lens of
international human rights law. Manuscripts should be submitted through Scholastica
at: harvard-hrj.scholasticahq.com. Submissions should be properly sourced and
substantiated in accordance with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed.
