Alexandra Bohm
is Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Lincoln. Her research interests
focus on the Responsibility to Protect, humanitarian intervention and Just War
Theory, with wider interests in the English School of International Relations
theory and Third World Approaches to International Law. She has published
numerous articles and book chapters on R2P and its relationship to cosmopol-
itanism, just war theory, and the concept of security.
Garrett Wallace Brown
is Chair in Political Theory and Global Health Policy in the Department of
Politics and International Studies, and Co-Director of Global Health Research,
at the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. His non-health related research
engages cosmopolitan theory, global justice, the philosophy of Immanuel
Kant, and global constitutionalism. His recent publications include The State
and Cosmopolitan Responsibilities (ouP, 2019) and Kant's Cosmopolitics (EUP,
2019).
Zheng Chen
is Research Fellow (tenure-track) at the School of International Relations and
Public Affairs, Fudan University, Shanghai, China. His research interests are
the evolution of international institutions and norms, and Chinese human
rights diplomacy. He has published articles on relevant topics in journals such
as International Affairs.
Michael Clarke
is Associate Professor at the Crawford School of Public Policy, The Australian
National University. He specializes in the history and politics of China's Xinjiang
Uyghur Autonomous Region and Chinese foreign and security policy. He is the
author of Xinjiang and China's Rise in Central Asia - A History (Routledge 2011)
and editor of Terrorism and Counterterrorism in China: Domestic and Foreign
Policy Dimensions (Oxford University Press 2018).
