handle is hein.journals/fmlcr36 and id is 1 raw text is: CALL FOR PAPERS Family and Conciliation Courts Review (FCCR) serves as a communica- tion medium for members of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, an international and interdisciplinary association concerned about family law, court systems, and families. FCCR is concerned with the preven- tion of family disharmony and the effective preparation of people for mar- riage and family life. The journal provides a forum to exchange ideas, programs, research, legislation, and interesting and important appellate cases. FCCR was the first journal to publish articles on mediation, joint custody, no-fault divorce, change of language, and a host of other improvements in the area of family and the courts. The journal has an international circulation of more than 2,500 in the United States, Canada, England, New Zealand, Australia, and other countries. FCCR is interdisciplinary and invites contri- butions from the fields of law and the behavioral sciences. FCCR is fully peer reviewed. Each article is submitted to an interdisci- plinary panel of three--a judge, an attorney, and a mental health professional- for decisions regarding publication. Any material of interest to family court personnel is the chief criterion for selection of articles. Articles should be no more than 20 double-spaced typewritten pages- including notes, references, tables, and figures-and should not have been previously published (or in submission for publication) in any other journal. Authors are requested to follow the guidelines of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (4th ed.) or The Bluebook: A Uni- form System of Citation (16th ed.), published by the Harvard Law Review. Two single-sided copies are requested with an abstract and a biographical statement, each under 100 words. A copy of the final revised manuscript on an IBM-compatible disk should be included with the final revised hard copy. Send only camera-ready copy for figures and tables submitted for publica- tion. In place of the IBM disk copy, manuscripts may be electronically submitted via e-mail to the following address: lawazs @hofstra.edu. The hard copy must also be submitted.
