CONCILIATION COURTS REVIEW

The Conciliation Courts Review is published at least twice yearly by the Association of Family
Conciliation Courts (formerly known as Conference of Conciliation Courts) and is edited by Meyer
Elkin, Conciliation Courts Review, 1217 Shadybrook Drive, Beverly Hills, California 90210.
The REVIEW serves as a communication medium for members of the Association of Family
Conciliation Courts, other persons and agencies interested in conciliation practices and procedures
and the strengthening and preservation of marriage and family life. It also aims toward stimulating
the growth of new conciliation and family courts in areas not now providing such services. Additional-
ly, it is concerned with the prevention of family disharmony and the effective preparation of people
for marriage and family life.
The REVIEW is interdisciplinary and invites contributions from the field of law and the behav-
ioral sciences.
The rate per copy is $5.00 for non-members of the Association of Family Conciliation Courts,
libraries, schools, public and private agencies and organizations; $7.00 for Australia, New Zealand,
Japan, and England.
Back copies for all past copies, starting with Volume 1, Number 1 (1963), are available
at the same rate.
Manuscripts submitted for publication should not exceed 20 double-spaced typed pages.
Two copies are requested. References should appear at the end of the article.

NOTE: SEND ONLY originals on charts and
