Editorial

After three years of dedicated work for the European Business Organization
Law Review, Professor Dr. Talia Einhorn has asked to step down as Editor-in-
Chief, in order to return to her native Israel. With much energy, Talia Einhorn
has steered the journal through its initial phase, skillfully cutting across Europe
from the point of view of business organization. In an age of globalization,
business organization is of crucial importance both for academia and legal
practice. And so the journal will rely on the expertise of scholars and business
people, lawyers, economists and other disciplines. This is to reflect the great
variety of debate and the speed how developments in the field translate into
substantive law. Working  for a European journal is a fascinating challenge;
being asked to do so under the auspices of the Asser Institute makes it a duty to
be discharged with great sincerity and pleasure.
