To je kulminiralo imeno- vanjem medunarodne Redakcije asopisa u 2012. godi- ni, koju sainjavaju ugledni profesori prava osiguranja sa velikih evropskih univerziteta. Pored ovog, treba ista- di da se u asopisu u poslednjih nekoliko godina javlja sve vedi, ak preovladujudi broj inostranih autora, koji u svojim flancima daju dragocen doprinos ispitivanju no- vih instituta u pravu osiguranja EU i u nacionalnim pra- vima dr~ava flanica i uskladivanju nacionalnih pravnih sistema osiguranja ovih dr~ava sa propisima EU kojima su ovi instituti normirani. Vodedi ra~una o ovoj inje- nici, da naziv asopisa treba da odrazi sadr~inu danaka koji se u njemu objavljuju, kao i na toj osnovi podizanju op~teg nivoa prepoznatljivosti na~eg asopisa u i van granica Srbije, Upravni odbor Udru~enja za pravo osi- guranja Srbije je, na 36. sednici od 27. septembra 2012. godine, odluio da Revija za pravo osiguranja od broja 1/2013 nosi naziv Evropska revija za pravo osiguranja. Respected readers and magazine associates, Following the aspirations of Republic of Serbia towards the European Union membership, the Insurance Law Association of Serbia has had extensive cooperation in the last few years with a number of authors from countries that are either EU members or candidate countries for membership. This culminated in the appointment of the international Editorial board of the Review in 2012., consisting of the prominent professors of insurance law from the major European universities. Besides this, we must point out the prevailing foreign authors provide a valuable contribution to the analysis of new trends in the EU insurance law and national laws of the EU member states and harmonisation of the national insurance legislation in those countries with the EU system. Mindful of this fact and that the periodical name reflects papers' contents, as well as raising on this fact the general level of recognition of our periodical outside Serbia, Board of Directors of the Insurance Law Association of Serbia has decided that, as from no. 1/2013, the Insurance Law Review changes its name into the European Insurance Law Review. We are taking this opportunity to advise our respected readership that as from no. 1/2013 European Insurance Law Review shall come out in print in March under that name. In Belgrade, March 2013.
