    was infringed by operator of website whose
    domain  name   marchmadness.com  was
    registered in bad faith, federal appeals court

15 Multimedia's victory in contract lawsuit filed by
   talk-show  host Phil Donahue, objecting to

   affirmed by South Carolina appeals court
