CANADIAN TAX JOURNAL

EDITORIAL BOARD

The Canadian Tax Foundation is pleased to announce the formation of the Editorial
Board for the review of papers submitted for publication in the Canadian Tax Journal.
We are honoured that the following respected members of the legal and accounting
professions and the community of public finance economists have agreed to participate
in the review process. It is hoped that the formation of this board will encourage the
submission of a broad range of interesting and topical papers in taxation and public
finance.
Interested parties are invited to submit manuscripts for possible publication in the
Canadian Tax Journal, a forum for the dissemination of the results of research in and
informed comment on taxation and public finance, with particular relevance to Canada.
Manuscripts may be written in either English or French, should present an original
analysis of the topic, and should not have been submitted or published elsewhere. All
manuscripts submitted are subject to blind review by members of the Editorial Board.
Ad hoc reviewers may also be consulted for manuscripts in specialized areas. Manuscripts
may be (1) accepted outright, (2) accepted if recommended revisions are made, (3)
revised by the author, as requested by the board, and resubmitted for further review, or
(4) rejected, with reasons. It is recommended that a draft proposal be submitted before
writing commences to ensure that the topic will be of interest to journal readers. Other
details concerning submission of manuscripts may be found on page vi of this journal.
