Postcards giving more information and asking for reservations will be sent out next month. FEDERAL REGISTER SEMINAR A one-half day seminar on the use of the Federal Register will be con- ducted by a representative from the Office of the Federal Register on November 8, 1976. There will be two sessions with no more than 50 parti- cipants each. The morning session begins at 9:00a.m. and the afternoon session at 1:30p.m.; luncheon for both sessions is at noon. The seminar will be held at the Pioneer Court Restaurant, 401 North Michigan Avenue.
