Dear Mr. Chandler: The receipt of THE BRIEF helps place a man's thoughts back in happier days, especially the War An- nual with its list of names of Phi Delta Phis in the services. It was with joy and pride to note the names of those with whom I had been initiated into Bruce Inn and that some of the names were of others whom I had helped in their initiation. I do wish them all the best of luck and hope to see them all after these shin- digs have been ended. Before ending this note I'll state here that it is one of my fondest hopes to attend the next convention along with my wife.
