Resumen: El presente articulo aborda la cuesti6n de la inclusi6n de los divorcios privados con intervenci6n de una autoridad piblica en el ambito de aplicaci6n del Reglamento Roma III, ya se trate de divorcios pronunciados en un Estado Miembro o en un tercer Estado. Todo ello se analiza partiendo del comentario a la Sentencia del TJUE en el asunto C-372/16. Palabras clave: divorcio privado extranjero, ley aplicable, reconocimiento. Abstract: On the basis of the ECJ Judgment in case C-372/16, the following article addresses the question of whether the so-called private divorces fall within the scope of application of the Rome III Regulation.
