The Arizona State Law Journal welcomes manuscripts on the law and law related topics. All
manuscripts should be submitted online at https://scholasticahq.com/arizona-state-law-journal/about.
Text and footnotes should be double spaced on 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper. Citations should conform to The
Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed. 2020).
The Arizona State Law Journal uses Microsoft Word for Windows on IBM-compatible personal
computers. Selected articles from the Arizona State Law Journal may be accessed through WESTLAW
(database: AZSLJ) and LEXIS. Nonstudent authors may retain rights in their articles. All authors,
however, must agree to inclusion in the WESTLAW and LEXIS databases.
Back issues are available from the Business Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal at the above
