Henry Gissel, Jr President's Message L et me begin my'first President's Message by saying that I feel honored to have the privilege of serving as the Pres- ident of ACTEC. The College is the finest professional organization of which I am aware. Any service I can now ren- der will be only a token repayment for all the benefit and pleasure my first 22 years of membership in the College have provided me. Next, I want to offer congratulations to Immediate Past President Jack Bruce and his wife, Lil, for the outstanding suc- cess of their 1995 Annual Meeting at the Scottsdale Princess. The Program Com- mittee, under Chuck Collier's able lead- ership, put together another splendid professional program, and Gerry Vogt and her staff exceeded even their usual high standards of performance. Scotts- dale was the best attended Annual Meet- ing in the College's history, and will be a very hard act to follow. The weather even cooperated, and I hope the ACTEC Annual Meeting weather jinx has now been broken.
