Ho was not tested for intelli-enco becauso it was not feasible to do so sinco his operation had been dono just a few weeks ago and the possibility of some transient offecta of the sur- gical procedure miL.ht still influence any results. However, fro-% a strictly clinical viewpoint, when comparing the cubject's reaction before and after the operation, the amount of impairment produced by the operation does not seem to be really considerable, and, on the other hand, there is a remarkable decrease in his anxiety.
