training, secret writing, and codes in the Seccion Tecnica
(Technical Training Section - ST) of the MI Department (Department
of Technical Operational Support) in the Direccion General de
Inteligencia (General Directorate-of Intelligence - DGI). Source
believes that Aldo carries the carnet of the Departamento de
Seguridad del Estado (Department of State Security - DSE).
