1. On 17 June 1968, the office of Fred Bucci, R-1546, was
contacted for information as to the return of the subject's old
I-151. The message was left for Mr. Bucci to call this Office
and please advise.
2. On 17 June 1968, Fred Bucci advised Louis Wienckowski
that he is still trying to obtain the old I-151 and will advise this
Office when he obtains it.
3. On 21 June 1968, Mr. Bucci advised he had not as yet
received the old I-151, but will inform us as soon as he does.
