1. Subject is presently being considered for Contract Type A
employment as an Intelligence Analyst with Deputy Directorate for
Operations/Information Services Division. He has neither been
polygraphed nor entered on duty. Invite- clearance was denied on
21 February 1973,
Field
investigation has now been completed and disclosed no
unfavorable information. A waiver of it 10-3
will be required in Subject's case in view of the Mexican citizen-
hip and residence of a brother-in-law.
2. Subject is a 24-year-old, rarried, mle, who was born in
Ohio of a nativ- born mother and a gussian-born father. Subject's
father, or 1 mtri TarasoffjLOS 1v04887 entered this countz-
from Turkey in 1923 and became a naturalized United States citizen
in 1936. A review of his security file reveals that he entered on
duty with the Agency as a GS-O7, Intelligence Analyst in Februar 1956;
was converted to Staff Agency in 1963;0 pd retired in Mexico in
November 1970. Subject's mother, Fna Adamoviez Tarasoff]jS 131751/MD
was a Staff employee, GS-06, from pril 1957 to September 1903, and
was approved for Contract Type B use in July 1964. His sister,
(Ba rbara Tarasoff. Rosillo7 j0S 5369 3/ID)] was a summer only emp1 oyee
in 1968. She is now married to one nuel0losilloj (OS/R), a Mexican
citizen, and resides in Mexico. Subject's parents also continue to
reside in Mexico where his father had been assigned for a number of
year3 prior to his retirement.
3. Subject was graduated from college in V5.y 1971, receivin3 a
B.A. degree with a major in Spanish. Developed current employment as
a substitute teacher with the Allentown, PA, school district was con-
firtmet and satisfactory as were all listed prior employments. T.o
