Y. - This live address was established in the Subject's alias by MFO through SB/3. MFO has been advised to add the names Mildred -And -aniel CARSWELL (parents) as co-addressees.pft-XJtC v e^ to t v (2) (ahland) Pennsylvania - (Ashland)appears as the parent' residence on CARSWLL Is birth certificate. 1JFO has been requested to contact the Postal Superintendent at (Ashland) under (DODDJ dvise him that MFO has an official interest in arq mail arriving addressed to Mildred ar Daniel CARSWELL, and to file a change of address card with the ?0 at (Ashlandj forwarding any CARSWELL mail to a PO Banc in Philadelphia which MFO will service daily. (3) True parents' address - Phelan, PSD, is checking to determine p rd whether aMEs parents are alive, where they live, and how they are to be approached re brieifing them on accepting mail addressed to CARSWELL at their own address. They have not yet been approached on this. matter, and do not know their son has been imprisoned.
