Approximately 70% of the student's time is devoted to practical work and field exercises and 300f to the .theoretical aspects essential for a logical understanding and application of training covered during the course. U - Unsatisfactory W - Weak A - Adequate P - Proficient 8 - Strong 0- Outstanding PERFORMWE EVALUATION Performance is so low in relation to requirement of the work as to be unequivocally below minimum standards. Achieved minimum standards, but less than adeqtia (in terms of indigenous personnel participating the program). Has achieved the basic level required. Satisfac characterized neither by deficiency nor excellen Mre than satisfactory., Has acquired a solid beginner' a proficiency. Thi4 rating may be interpreted as representing average on our rat scale. Eeeptional proficiency, characterized by thorou ness, initiative, originality, and an exceptional student understanding and application of paramili resistance activities.
