Headquarters Comments P The following report is one of a series containing personality information provided by the source and includes supplemental information from tne records of this Agency. It is requested that the addressees take no action on any of the individuals rentioned in the personality reports without .first checking with this Agency. 1. Source identified Baldemiro-CASTRO Garcia, a Dominican,, as a member of the Marxist-Leninist Moviniento Popular Dominicano (MPD) who was a student at the guerrilla warfare training school in Cuba. Source only saw CASTRO once, and this was at the home of the delegate of the' pro-Castro Agrupacion Politica Catorce de Junio (APCJ) in Iabana. 1 2. CASTRO was described by source ts being about 5'8 tall, thin, and wearing a nustache. 3 Headq-arters Comments: 1. The representative of the APCJ in Habana was probably Socrates Isafts Pupo PEGUERO Sehourer. A usually reliable source reported in TDCS-314/05506-64 that PZGUERO will be removed from his position as representative of the APCJ in Habana, and will be replaced by Daniel MATIAS Abr~u, who is now in Habana. 2. According to anvther source CASTRO is white, 5'10, has 5 a pock-marked face, kinky hair, and is pop-eyed. 4 SECRET 2
