                       1.  Da 30 June 1961 AMCS  -1 interviewed Subject, who
                  claims to direct an underground.group in Cuba. Subject is
                  a Cuban, mulatto, stout, and not very learned. ANCKEER-1
                  doubts that he is a lawyer although he might be a solicitor.
                  He resides at 3855 Brooker Street, near Grand Avenue, Coconut
                  Grove, Kiai;  phone at 4-2700. He lives with his sister
                  and a cousin.

                       2.  MEESES claimed that two days ago be had talked to
                  Manola RAY and that they had discussed uniting his group to
                  the MRP.  He said that RAY had offered him a position in the
                  Executive Committee of the MR, where he would be-under the
                  comand  of a man called Eugenio, chief of the underground
                  section.

                       3.  MERNSES stated that his underground group in Cuba
                  has members in iabana who belong to the construction sector,
                  others in Sagua and Santa Clara wbo belong to the metallurgic
                  sector, and that another of their members was E__
                  who is a leader of the sugar workers.- ie said that in Habana he
                  has 8 captains who are chiefs of groups in a cellular organisation.
                  He said that he had made contact to Miami with Cesar LANCIS
                  Bravo and Loberto *DIAZ Perez, bqt. bat they had not kept
                  their word.  (Fom this ANCHIEE-Ldeduced that they did not give
                  him money.)

                       4.  on a table ANCSRE1  saw.that Subject had just
                   received some mail addressed to Andrea *GARCIA. Subject said
                   that be received many letters fro Cuba at that address, but
                   using many different addressee nas

                       3.  Subject cl&ims to be anti-Comist  but says that be
                   does not agree either with the Americans who are a bunchf-of
                             oe believes that the revolutionaries are the ones
                  who have to overthrow CASTRO and them continue with the work
                  of  the revolution, as he believes thet-vost of the laws issued
                  by  CASTRO have to be kept, such as agrarian reforiA urban
                  reform, nationalisation of the leading industriie*. etc. se said
                  RAY wants to prepare him, as he is preparing otdermen, to be
                  sent to Puerto lico to obtain support from the unions and set
                  them against the American Government, which Is not acting
                  according to proletarian needs. He said be was in contact
                  with a labor leader catled            and be has a man amd
                        (Inu) working in Obana Airlines.

                        6. Subject proposed that ANM RER-l act as intervediary
                   with the boys beirn trained by the latter, so that AXM,.Ri4R-l
