Kennedy. h'p believe that this could refer either to Pedro DIA Lanz, or ies brother 11larcos DIAZ Lan:, formerly Chief and Deputy Chief, respectively. of the Ciihir Revolutionary Air FL'*ce. Both entered the U3.S. from Cuba as exiles in mid-i959. Since thae time the DIAZ Lanz brothers reportedly have been closely associated with, and involved in numerouI activitic with, Frank S1TURGIS (aka FIOij 11 cf I sic Agency assistcd in the evacuation of garcos, and ddro entered the U.S. on his own. Although hoth were debriefed by the Agency, there is no indication that they were ever considered Agency assets. 2.- Station queried source for further infor- nation a i e in paragraph t of the reference.
