    SOURCEl A Cuban exile who  was prominent in politics  at the Provincial
            level In Cuba,  source is well known by  the Cuban exiles and
            has reported objcctively  on their political  maneuvers.  This
            information was obtained  from Orlando .Puente Pt-rez.


        1.  Orlando Puente Perez,  secretary to former  Cuban President Carlos
            Pria Socnrrs.  said  that while on, a trip to the West Coast  in
            mid-October 11u,63 he had talked with Luis Somnoza, former
            Nicaraguan President, who  was planning  to make a trip to Japan.
            Somoza asked Puente  to tell Prio that the  lattear could cotint on
            Somoza's full. support, and as. soon as. hie returned from Japan, a
            mobilization of tmen in Nicaragua would begin  for attacks against
            Cuba.  Accordtng to the  prenent schedule,  such attacks would start
            taking place in early Decem~iber 1963. P'uente gtron'gly asserted
