Interference Notice.
DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR,
UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE,
Washington, D. C., March 27, 1907.
Jeptha J. Lamb and James H. Patton, their assigns or legal repre-
sentatives, take notice:
An interference has been declared by this Office between an
application for patent filed by Winne Gordon. of Sharon Springs,
. Y., and an application for patent filed by Jeptha J. Lamb and
James H. Patton, of Bellevue, Idaho. It appears from the record
of the interference that the present whereabouts of said Jeptha J.
Lamb and James H. Patton is unknown, and all communications
directed to their address above given within the past two years
have been returned unclaimed by the Post-Office Department.
Notice is therefore hereby given to the said Jeptha J. Lamb and
James H. Patton, their assigns or legal representatives that if
they or any of them desire to contest the said interference, they
should immediately put themselves in communication with the
Commissioner of Patents.
This notice will be published in the OFFICIAL GAZETTE for six
consecutive weeks. If no appearance shall be entered at the ex-
piration of the period of publication, the interference will be pro-
ceeded with as in case of default.
