DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR,
UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE,
Washington, D. C., January 22, 1907.
Francis Sedziak, his assigns or legal representatives, take notice:
An interference has been declared by this Office between an ap-
plication for patent filed by Joseph M. Bosenbury, of Decatur, Ill.,
and an application for patent filed by Francis Sedziak, of St Louis,
Me. It appears from the record of the case that the present ad-
dress of the said Francis Sedziak is unknown, and it has been im-
possible to notify him of the interference.
Notice is therefore hereby given to the said Francis Sedziak. his
assigns or legal representatives, that if they or any of them desire
to contest the said interference they should immediately put
themselves in communication with the Commissioner of Patents.
This notice will be published In the OFFICIAL GAZETTE for six
consecutive weeks. If no appearance shall be entered at the ex-
piration of the period of publication, the interference will be pro-
ceeded with as in case of default.

A lexander Speer & Sons, their assigns or legal representatives, take
notice:
An interference has been declared by this Office between an ap-
plication of the Star Manufacturing Company, of Carpentersville,
111., for registration of a trade-mark and a trade-mark registered
to Alexander Speer & Sons, of Pittsburg, Pa. It has been found
impossible to locate the said Alexander Speer & Sons, and their
attorneys of record are dead.
Notice is therefore hereby given to Alexander Spear & Sons,
their assigns or legal representatives, that if they or an' of them
desire to contest the said interference they shbuld immediately
put themselves in communication with the Commissioner of Pat-
ents.
This notice will be published in the OFFICIAL GAZETTE for six
consecutive weeks. If no appearance shall be entered at the ex-
piration of the period of publication, the interference will be pro-
ceeded with as in case of default.
