Changes in Classification.

DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR,
UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE,
Washington, D. C., July 27, 1904.
The following changes in the classification of patents are here-
by directed, to take effect this day:
In Division III, class 96, Coating with Metal, abolish subclass-
4. Fluxing,
the patents contained in this subclass having been transferred
to class 75, Metallurgy.
In Division XXXVII, class 170, Electric Lighting, abolish sub-
class-

102.   Filaments and carbons,
the patents formerly contained in this subclass having been
transferred to the subclasses of Incandescing compositions, es-
