Rule 21, subdivision (b,) governing the registration of trade
marks, is hereby amended to read as follows:

scription oft.e trade-mark itself, and a statement of the mode
in which the same is applied and affixed to goods, and the length
of time during which tile trade-mark has been used, and if the
applicant be a corporation it must set forth under the laws of
what State or nation incorporated.
