notice:
A petition for cancellation has been filed in this Office
by Permanente Cement Company, Oakland, Calif., to effect
the cancellation of trade-mark registration of Gonzalo
Boza & Co. Inc., No. 264,550, dated November 26, 1929.
The assignment records of this Office show a transfer of
title to this registration to Gonzalo Boz F. The Office
having been unable to secure the address of said Gonzalo
Boz F., notice is hereby given that unless Gonzalo Boz F.,
its assigns or legal representatives, shall enter an ap-
pearance therein within thirty days from the first pub-
• lication of this order the cancellation will be proceeded
