In interferences involving the indicated claims of the
following patents final decisions have been rendered that
the respective parties were not the first inventors with
respect to the claims listed :

rubber, decided October 10, 1944, claim 5.
Re. 21,306, E. B. Wilford, Aircraft, decided October 7,
