sioler's Decisions Volume for the year 1940, pages 29
sad 30. error appears which should be corrected as
follows: Page 29, in the syllabus, last line thereof, and
page 30, line 23-24, for the words was due to 'inad-
vertence read was not due to inadv'etence.
