City, Okla. SULPHURIZED OIL. Patent dated Janu-
ary 9, 1940. Disclaimer filed October 24, 1940, by
the assignee, Continental Oil Company.
Hereby disclaims from the ambit of each of the claims
of said patent, all lubricants containing sulphurized
monohydric or dihydric esters of linoleic acid, and sul-
phurized monohydric or dibydric esters of organic acids,
the glycerides of which are normally present in corn oil.

A cancellation proceeding having been Instituted by this
Office upon the application of The Parsons-Faulkner Com-
pany, 1620-28 Winchester Avenue, Ashland, Ky., to effect
the cancellation of registration No. 263,958, issued No-
vember 12, 1929, to Lucy Lou Shops, Incorporated. 370
West Thirty-fifth Street, New York, N. Y., and a notice of
such proceeding sent by registered mail to said Lucy Lou
Shops, Incorporated, at said address having been returned
by the post office as undeliverable, notice is hereby given
that unless said Lucy Lou Shops, Incorporated, its assigns
or legal representatives, shall enter an appearance therein
within thirty days from the first publication of this order
the cancellation will be proceeded with as in case of
default. This notice will be published in the OFFICIAL
GAZETTE for three consecutive weeks.
