sentatives, take notice:
A cancellation proceeding having been instituted by
this Office upon the application of 0-Cedar Corp'n., 4501
South Western Avenue, Chicago, Ill to effect the can-
cellation of trade-mark registration ko. 283,492, Issued
May 26, 1931, to Stemetco Broom & Mlfg. Co. Inc., 916-20
Fauquier Street, St. Paul, Minn., and a notice of such
proceeding sent by registered mail to said Stometco Broom
& MNfg. Co. Inc. at said address having been returned by
the post office as undeliverable, notice is hereby given
that unless said Stemetco Broom & Mfg. Co. Inc., its
assigns or legal representatives, shall enter an appear-
ance therein within thirty days from the first publication
of this order the cancellation will be proceeded with as
in case of default. This notice will he published in the
OFFICIAL CAZETTE for three consecutive weeks.
