Printed Copies of Trade-Marks
A printed copy of the drawing and statement of any
registered trade-mark can be obtained for ten cents.
Notice-Attorney's Address
Many letters are being returned to this Office for lack
of street address. The attorney's full post-office address
should be given in every power of attorney. The prompt
delivery of communications will thereby be facilitated.
Notice Regarding Payment of Fees
All fees must be paid in advance. Payment of money
required for Office fees must be made ii specie, Treasury
notes national-bank notes, post-office money orders, or
certifed chedks. Money orders and checks must be made
payable to the Commissioner of Patents. Money sent
by mail to the Patent Office will be at the risk of the
sender. (ee Rule 194.)
. Certified checks, bank drafts, express and foreign money
order must be immediately negotiable in this country and
for-the full amount of the fee required by the Patent
Office. No allovance'can be made by'this ffilceforramny
charge for their collection or exchange. Postage stamps
will not be accepted. Failure to comply with the above
instructions will cause delay.
