In accordance with Rule 47(b) of the Rules of Practice
of the United States Patent Office In Patent Cases, notice
is hereby given of the filing on August 10, 1962, of an applica-
tion for patent entitled Adapter Assembly for Fluid Pressure

Control Apparatus, on behalf of Robert E. Mitton, whose last
known address is Pickwick Hotel, San Diego, Calif. The
application was made in compliance with Rule 47(b) and
35 U.S.C. 118 by George C. Jacobs as president of Hydro-
Ventricle Brake Co. without execution by the said Robert
E. Mitton. Notice of the filing directed to the above noted
address has been returned undelivered.
Any action to be taken by the said Robert E. Mitton in
connection with the said application must be taken within
thirty days of the publication of this notice.

Removal From Register
Pursuant to the provisions of Rule 347 of the Rules of
Practice of the United States Patent Office in Patent Cases,
a letter was directed on April 9, 1965, to the last post office
address furnished to the Committee on Enrollment for the

thirty days therein set. Other letters were returned by the
