Court of Customs and Patent Appeals AMENDMENT TO RULE XXV At the end of the last paragraph of subdivision 1 of Rule XXV add the following: Provided, however, That if any adverse party in an interference case shall, within twenty days after appellant shall have filed notice of appeal to this court, file notice with the Commissioner of Patents that he elects to have all further proceedings conducted as provided in section 4915 of the Revised Statutes, certified copies of the notice of appeal and the notice of election shall be transmitted to this court by the Commissioner of Patents for appro- priate action according to law.
