Homer A. Trussell, his assigns or legal representatives,
take notice:
An interference having been declared by this Office
between the patent granted November 30, 1937, No.
2,100,676, to Homer A. Trussell, then at 4690 Balfour
Avenue, Detroit, Mich., but later residing at 5428 Baum
Boulevard, Pittsburgh, Pa., and a notice of such declara-
tion sent by registered mail to said Trussell at the
above addresses having been returned by the post office
as undeliverable, notice is hereby given that unless said
Trussell, his assigns or legal representatives, shall enter
an appearance therein within thirty days from the first
publication of this order the interference will be pro-
ceeded with as in case of default. This notice will be
published in the OFFICIAL GAZETTE for three consecutive
weeks.

sentatives, take notice:
A cancellation proceeding having been instituted by
this Office upon the application of Albert H. Binash, 2820

West North Avenue, Chicago, Ill., to effect the cancella-
tion of trade-mark registration No. 197,475, issued April
21, 1925, to The Chlorine Products Company, 805 North
Senate Avenue, Indianapolis, Ind., and a notice of such
proceeding sent by registered mail to said The Chlorine
Products Company at said address having been returned
by the post office as undeliverable, notice is hereby given
that unless said The Chlorine Products Company, its as-
signs or legal representatives, shall enter an appearance
within thirty days from the first publication of this order
the cancellation will be proceeded with as in case of de-
fault. This notice will be published in the OFFICIAL
GAZETTE for three consecutive weeks.
