tives take notice:
An application for cancellation having been filed In this
Office by Sealed Power Corporation, Muskegon, Mich., to
effect the cancellation of trade-mark registration of Auto-
mobile Accessories Co., 816 West North Avenue, Baltimore,
Md., No. 126,513, dated     September 16, 1919, and tile
notice of such proceeding sent by registered mail to the
said Automobile Accessories Co. at the said address having
been returned by the post office undeliverable, notice is
hereby given that unless said Automobile Accessories Co.,
its assigns or legal representatives, shall enter an appear-
ance therein within thirty days from the first publication
of this order the cancellation will be proceeded with as in
the case of defaolt. This notice will be published in the
OFFICIAL GAZETT9 for three consecutive weeks.
