Adverse Decisions in Interference
In interferences involving the indicated claims of the
following patents final decisions have been rendered that
the respective patentees were not the first inventors with
respect to the claims listed:
Pat. 1,937,484, Charles Bogin, Architectural lacquer
system, decided September 22, 1937, claims 5, 6, and S.
Pat. 1,969,518, F. J. Moles, Measuring circuit, decided
September 21, 1937, claims 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
Pat. 2,035,880, 11. It. Goodale, Parking device for motor
vehicles, decided October 12, 1937, claims 3, 4, and 7.
Pat. 2,043,770, F. W. Oltmanns, Ornament, decided
September 10, 1937, claims 1, 2, and 3.
Interference Notice

John 0. Leveis, his assigns or legal representatives, take
notice:
An interference having been declared by tlis Office be-
tween the application for patent of Melvin At. Warren,
R. F. D. #1, Geneva, Ohio, and patent granted March
10, 1936, No. 2,033.142, to John 0. Lewis, 556 Sixteenth
Street, Brooklyn, N. Y., and a notice of such declaration
sent by registered mail to said Lewis at the said address
having been returned by the post office as undeliverable,
notice is hereby given that unless said Lewis, his assigns
or legal representatives, shall enter an appearance therein
within thirty days from the first publication of this
order the interference will be proceeded with as in case
of default. This notice will be published in the OFFICIAL
GAZETTE for three consecutive weeks.

Office by Chicago Pharmacal Co., Chicago, Ill, to effect the
cancellation of trade-mark registraton of Patrick J.
Dervin, 219 East 28th Street, Now York, N. Y., No.
155,404, dated May 30, 1922, and the notice of such pro-
ceeding sent by registered mail to the said Patrick J.
Dervin at the said address having been returned by the
post office undeliverable, notice is hereby given that unless
said Patrick J. Dervin, his assigns or legal representa-
tives, shall enter an appearance therein, within thirty
days from the first publication of this order the cancella-
tion will be proceeded with as in the case of default.
This notice will be published In the OFFICIAL GAZETTE for
