Centennial Celebration Report
Copies of the booklet entitled Centennial Celebration
of the American Patent System may now be obtained
from the Superintendent of Documents at a cost of fifty
cents.
Renewal of Forfeited Cases
A petition for the renewal of a forfeited application
need not be signed by the inventor or assignee, but may
be signed by the attorney.
A power of attorney in the original application author-
izing an attorney to transact all business in the Patent
Office in connection with the application construed to be
of sufficient scope to include the signing of a petition for
renewal and the subsequent prosecution of the application.

The National Chemical Holdings Ltd., its assigns or legal
representatives, take notice:
An interference has been declared by this Office between
the application of Grace E. Hamilton, 7608 Saginaw
Avenue, Chicago. Illinois, for registration of a trade-mark,
and trade-mark registered December 4, 1928, No. 250,330,
to The National Chemical Holdings Ltd., Appleby House,

46 St. James Place, London, England. A notice of such
proceeding sent by registered mail to said The National
hemical Holdings Ltd. at the said address having been
returned by the post office as undeliverable, notice is
hereby given that unless said The National Chemical Hold-
ings Ltd., its assigns or legal representatives shall enter
an appearance within thirty days from the first publica-
tion of this Order, the interference will be proceeded with
as in case of default. This notice will be published in
the OFFICIAL GAZETTE for three consecutive weeks.
