The Heirs, Assigns, or Legal Representatives of William
Graf, deceased, take notice:
An interference has been declared by this Office between
the application of Alexander & Baldwin, Ltd., 822 Bishop
Street, Honolulu. Territory of Hawaii, and 215 Market
Street, San Francisco, Calif., for registration of a trade-
mark. and trade-mark registered October 18, 1927, No.
234.082. to William    Graf. 1712 Point Breeze Avenue,
Philadelphia. Pa. The Office having been notified of the
death of Graf, a time was set within which the legal

representatives of Graf should intervene. This time hav-
ing expired and no response having been made on behalf
of the heirs, assigns or legal representatives of Graf, no-
tice is hereby given that unless said heirs, assigns or legal
representatives shall enter an appearance herein within
thirty days from the first publication of this order the in-
terference will be proceeded with as in case of default.
This notice will be published in the OFFICIAL GAZETTE for
three consecutive weeks.
