Adverse Decisions in Interference
In interferences involving the indicated claims of the
following patents final decisions have been rendered that
the respective patentees were not the first inventors with
respect to the claims listed :
Pat. 1,798,703, F. M. Rosenzweig, Induction train con-
trol system, decided December 12, 1935, claim 13.
Pat. 1,866,845, W. L. Edison, Signaling system, decided
November 20, 1935, claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11, 12, and 13.
Pat. 1,914,612, B. B. Mocur, Jr., Aerial tow advertiser,
decided December 10, 1935, claims 1 and 2.
Pat. 1,980,738, G. C. Woodruff, Refrigerator container

Notice of Cancellation

Coolee Engineers, its assigns or legal representatives, take
notice:
A cancellation proceeding having been Instituted by this
Office upon the application of Edwin L. Wiegand Company,
Pittsburgh, Ila., to effect the cancellation of trade-mark
registration No. 164,660, issued February 27, 1923, to
Coolee Engineers, 1711 East Seventeenth Street, Cleveland,
Ohio, and a notice of such proceeding sent by registered
mail to said Coolee Engineers at said address having been
returned by the post office as undeliverable, notice is hereby
given that unless said Coolee Engineers, its assigns or legal
representatives shall enter an appearance within 30 days
from the first publication of this order the cancellation
will be proceeded with as in case of default. This notice
will be published in the OFFICIAL GAZETTE for three consec-
utive weeks.
